It all started when I was in 9th grade, almost a year ago. It was June to be exact. Bulan terakhir masuk sekolah sebelum graduation dan lanjut ke SMA.

Narendra was quite popular in school. Part of the basketball team, has lots of friends, smart, and —he's cute. I never denied the fact that he's cute whenever my friends talk about him. But this guy, he never really caught my attention untill that day. The last classmeeting that my batch held, and also the last day of school.

'Till this day, I still can't believe that this type of shit happened to me. I used to not believe love at first sight. And I'm really ashamed to admit that what happened to me is love at first sight.

That day Narendra was the person in charge for documentation. Walking around basketball hall taking picture with his camera while i was sitting in the tribune with my friends. Gue bukan anak yang aktif di sekolah waktu SMP dulu. Gue lebih sering bergaul sama temen gue yang itu-itu aja. Sebetulnya gue dulu anak OSIS dan pernah ikut beberapa kepanitiaan, tapi gue gak pernah jadi orang yang berperan penting di sana. Berbanding terbalik dengan Narendra yang always plays a big role in every events- -especially in documentation since he's good at it.

I was talking with my friends sambil sesekali ngelirik ke arah lapangan tempat pertandingan basket antar kelas dilaksanakan. I saw him standing on the side of the court, holding his camera towards me and my friends dan angkat tangannya sambil bilang, “Ayo dong senyum, mau gue foto. Liat ke kamera, ya! Satu, Dua, Tiga!” The camera flashed.

At the moment he lower his camera, he pointed his thumbs and said, “Bagus, fotonya. Kalo mau hasilnya minta ke gue aja!“ 

He then walked to the other side of the hall after throwing a smile to us.

Smile that me freeze for a second. 

Smile that made me mesmerized, captivated.
